Las empresas turísticas españolas se lanzan al espacio: una catalana abrirá el primer hotel espacial en 2012 y quienes deseen pasar un tiempo en esa inusitada residencia podrán realizar sus reservas a partir del próximo año.
La idea es de Galactic Suite Proyects, empresa creada este año que puede obtener suculentos beneficios si su idea prende: tres millones de euros es el precio que tendrá que pagar cada turista espacial por una estancia de tres días en una habitación a 450 kilómetros de la Tierra. Sus arquitectos dicen que el hotel será el más caro de la galaxia.
La cifra incluye el transporte en un transbordador, una preparación previa de 18 semanas en un resort de lujo en una isla tropical y actividades científicas en el hotel espacial, que se situará en órbita con la Tierra.
Con tanta plata invertida, podrian haber contratado un diseñador gráfico para el sitio...
